Justice Mensah

Justice is an Economist in the Office of the Chief Economist, Africa Region at the World Bank. His research, and policy, work cover a range of policy-relevant questions related to infrastructure, development, and public policy in Africa. Specifically, his recent research focuses on digital technologies, energy, firms and private sector development.
